About Us

Trifix Electronic Services Ltd was formed in December 2003, with a view to provide local industry with a reliable and cost effective alternative to returning equipment back to the OEM’s. Primarily set up as an independent electronic repair company, specialising in fault finding down to component level on a wide array of different electrical and electronic equipment ranging from small power supplies to complete Robotic and CNC control systems

After 12 months of successfully working with many businesses, in November 2004 Trifix Electrical Systems was set up with a view to increase the services provided to include onsite support to our already successful workshop repair facilities.

In late 2005, Trifix was approached by Vacon UK (now part of Danfoss) to become only the 2nd authorised service centre for their products in the United Kingdom , and since that time staff from all companies within “The Trifix Group” , have undergone extensive training on the best practices for installing , commissioning and repairing of variable speed inverter drives, primarily from the now Danfoss product range, but also including many other manufacturers products. We have invested heavily in the most modern test equipment available to ensure that all inverter drives repaired by ourselves are fully load tested before they are returned to the customer.

While we have undoubtedly became a specialist in the repair and service of Variable Speed drives, we have never forgot the founding principles of the company, and we still invest in equipment to fully test all of the equipment that we service and repair on a daily basis, 2010 saw the introduction of our Robotic test cell, where repaired PCB’s, Teach Pendants, Servo Amplifiers and control equipment is fully tested for 24hrs under production conditions before they are allowed to be returned to the customer in a guaranteed working condition.

2015 saw the next step in our load testing facilities for testing inverter drives, with the installation of our second and larger test facility, this allows us to increase our capacity for full load testing way beyond the original 200amp limits, and also brought on line the ability to fully load test 200v and 690v 3 phase inverters.

In 2019 both companies were rebranded under the new name of TTG, and although the 2 original companies still exist in their own right, it brings a much more seamless approach to dealing with customer enquiries, where staff for both companies work much closer together to service the needs of the customer.
